Akiva Freidlin is a J.D candidate at Stanford Law School. He is the co-author of Electronic Control Weapons: Reading the Evidence (Stanford Criminal Justice Center, 2016, with Jena Neuscheler). In Fall 2016 he will join the Southern Center for Human Rights as a Skadden Fellow.
